Parsec Audio bug solved

I got an iMac recently; I use parsec to remote to my window computer. I'm having problem with the audio only playing on my right channel. After a bit of troubleshooting, I figured it out. Turning the left channel volume to zero fixes it. Now I can hear sound from both channels.
